Nicholas was our technician that performed the testing of our new HVAC system. He was on time and courteous and professional. He clearly explained the tests he was running and answered any questions that we had. He even when above and beyond and set up my Wi-Fi thermostat, which was greatly appreciated! Dominic from T3 Energy, Inc. completed the California Energy Code Compliance Project Report on our new Daikin Heat Pump system following the recent installation by Rocklin Heating and Air. Dominic was very polite, professional and clearly knew his business. He was able to complete the testing in just over ½ hour and provided us with the required reporting documents for when the system is inspected by the building inspector. He was respectful of our property, wearing booties when in the house, cleaning up minor debris from when he went into the attic. This service was all part of our system installation pricing and there were no further costs to us. I would highly recommend Dominic and T3 if you need this service.

Tyler helped me fix my broken HVAC system in the middle of the hot summer. He came out the same day and fixed it after hours and went above and beyond. He fixed other problems with my air conditioner that wasn’t even part of the issue. He check all my filters and thermostats in the house as well. Great service and definitely would recommend his company to anyone!

Tyler and his crew were incredibly helpful with our QII and HERS testing for our new construction home. He was responsive, friendly, and gave us lots of advice and tips along the way. It’s increasingly rare these days for companies to go above and beyond to provide great service, but this company definitely does. Highly recommend!

He was conscientious, worked efficiently, and took the time to patiently explain everything he was doing. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the process.
